Client Support Associate

Job Description:

QatarDebate is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Entry Level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience, the Client Support Associate will play a key role in providing support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues - Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met - Assist with client onboarding and training processes - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services to existing clients - Contribute to the continuous improvement of client support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate client needs and proactively address them - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
