Remote Client Support Associate

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
