Client Support Associate

Job Description: Woqod is seeking a motivated and independent Client Support Associate to join our team in Doha. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist clients with account setup and troubleshooting - Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients - Identify and recommend solutions to enhance the overall client experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving - Assist with administrative tasks to support the client support team - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements: - Highly independent and self-motivated individual - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a client support role - Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
