Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Doha. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or client relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote assistance to clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention - Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and requests - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times and client satisfaction - Stay up to date on products and services to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or client relations - Adaptability to work in a remote environment - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and recommend solutions - Emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with empathy and understanding
