Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description: Starlink Qatar is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team in Doha. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of client support.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, orders, and any other inquiries they may have. 3. Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Communicate client feedback and suggestions to the appropriate departments. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Resilient and dedicated personality traits. 6. Soft skills such as cooperation and adaptability. 7. Must be able to work well in a team environment. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
