Remote Client Support Associate

Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns - Document client interactions and feedback for future reference - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to better assist clients - Assist in testing new features and updates to improve client experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
