Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

RasGas Company Limited is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to work remotely from home in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, the Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a reliable and driven personality.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing client accounts and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date - Providing product information and assistance to clients through various communication channels - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Analyzing client feedback and working on continuous improvement initiatives - Keeping up to date with company products and services to better assist clients - Meeting and exceeding client satisfaction goals and targets

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support role - Reliable and driven personality traits - Excellent time management skills - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
