Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description: Qatar Airways is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to client support and satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Provide guidance and support to junior team members


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills - Resilient and energetic personality - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience working in the airline industry is a plus
