Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a motivated and driven Client Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns. 2. Address client issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner, finding solutions to ensure their needs are met. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and implement client projects and initiatives. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring all communication is documented. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, driving revenue growth. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support, continuously improving processes and services. 8. Support the Client Support team in managing workload and ensuring all client requests are handled efficiently.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in client support or a related field. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 3. Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Highly motivated and driven to achieve results. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
