Job Description:
Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field. We are looking for an independent and passionate individual who possesses strong decision-making and project management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all client support operations remotely. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and troubleshoot any technical issues. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies. 6. Monitor support tickets and ensure they are resolved within established service level agreements. 7. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for client support. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to recommend new solutions to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 6. Experience with project management tools and software. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 8. Passion for delivering exceptional client service.
