Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and confident Client Support Manager to join our team at Snoonu in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support and management. The Client Support Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and support for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of client support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency - Monitor client support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide training and guidance to client support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service - Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace - Experience with client support software and tools - Innovation and problem-solving skills - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
