Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team at Snoonu in Doha, QA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of client support services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with the operations team to address any client issues, provide solutions, and enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client support representatives to provide timely and effective support to clients. - Develop and implement client support strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to establish trust and loyalty. - Provide training and guidance to the client support team to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Prepare and present reports on client support metrics and KPIs to senior management.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 8 years of experience in client support or customer service roles. - Proven track record of managing client support teams and driving client satisfaction. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Adaptable and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. - Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and client support tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
