Remote Client Support Manager

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client support roles. The successful candidate will possess important personality traits such as independence and resilience, as well as soft skills in strategic planning and people management.

As a Remote Client Support Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a team of remote support staff, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients, overseeing the resolution of client issues, and implementing strategies to improve overall client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, monitoring team performance metrics, and providing regular reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing remote teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of client support best practices. Experience in the solar energy industry or a related field is a plus.
