Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Snoonu. As a Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the client support team to ensure exceptional service delivery to our valued clients. This position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote client support agents to provide timely and effective support to clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and improve overall client experience - Train and onboard new client support agents to ensure they are equipped to handle client inquiries - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support operations - Handle escalated client issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client support or related field - Proven experience managing a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Creativity and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
