Job Description:
United Development Company is seeking a seasoned Client Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in client support or a related field. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor client feedback and communicate trends to the management team - Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall customer experience - Train and mentor junior client support team members - Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate client support performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Creativity and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
