Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and independent Client Support Manager to join our team at Qatar Museums. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients remotely from the comfort of your home. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.


Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and provide support for their needs and inquiries - Oversee client accounts and ensure satisfaction with our services - Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and other channels - Provide guidance and assistance to clients regarding our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and concerns - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels - Analyze data and provide insights to improve client experience - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of managing client relationships - Knowledge of innovative solutions and decision-making skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
