Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Qatargas Operating Company Limited. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and services to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns - Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing solutions in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain client base - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve service delivery - Monitor and track client performance and provide regular reports to management - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of support - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial agreements - Drive innovation within the client support team to improve efficiency and customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to think innovatively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus
