Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Support Officer to join our team in Doha. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients - Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and proactively address any issues or feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
