Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Support Officer to join our team in Doha. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person - Resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining client records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction - Providing support to the sales team as needed - Conducting follow-up calls or emails to ensure client satisfaction - Handling billing inquiries and processing payments - Assisting with outreach and communication strategies to retain and attract clients - Monitoring client feedback and addressing any concerns or suggestions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
