Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Qatar Airways is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Doha. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 3 years of relevant experience. As a Remote Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from a remote location.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to booking flights, changing reservations, and other client requests. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Keeping detailed records of client interactions and following up as needed. 5. Providing guidance and support to clients in a professional and courteous manner. 6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.


Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate individual with a strong commitment to customer service. 2. Creativity and leadership skills to provide innovative solutions to client problems. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Experience in the airline industry or related field is a plus.
