Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Support Officer at Qatar Biobank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely from your home. Your primary duty will be to assist clients with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have regarding our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for clients and must ensure that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. - Provide detailed information about our products and services, guiding clients through the process and addressing any concerns they may have. - Help clients troubleshoot any technical issues they may be experiencing with our products. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues. - Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and contribute to the enhancement of overall client experience. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support or client service role. - Reliable and resilient personality traits. - Strong problem-solving skills and leadership qualities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other client support tools. - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
