Qatar Rail is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer, working remotely from home in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is suitable for someone with at least 3 years of experience at the Associate Level.
As a Client Support Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong client relationships - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Monitoring client accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling - Keeping accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: adaptability and resilience. In terms of soft skills, we are looking for someone with a strong sense of cooperation and excellent critical thinking abilities.
