Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer, working from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist with training new team members and providing guidance as needed - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures - Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products and services offered by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client support role - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent people management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Motivated to succeed in a remote work environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
