Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a dedicated Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a driven and resourceful personality.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat - Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our platform - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system - Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert for client inquiries - Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and empathy

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and remotely - Innovative mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
