Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate-level position, the Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 2. Maintain client records and update information as needed 3. Assist clients with account setup and troubleshooting 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and escalate as necessary 5. Provide product information and support to clients 6. Conduct client satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback 7. Collaborate with management to continuously improve customer service processes 8. Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. 2 years of experience in customer service or client support 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong decision-making abilities and people management skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 7. Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
