Client Support Representative

Job Description:

MEEZA is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an Associate Level position ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Provide timely and accurate information to clients and assist them in navigating our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions taken - Analyze client feedback and provide insights to help improve our products and services - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis

Requirements: - Proven experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient personality with a positive attitude - Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations
