Job Description:
As a Client Support Representative at Qatar Solar Technologies, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assist with product orders - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues or complaints - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong persuasion skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent is required - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
