Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team in Doha. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns. 3. Processing client orders and managing order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive support to clients. 6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 7. Providing technical support to clients when necessary. 8. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and adaptable nature. 4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 7. People management skills. 8. Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
