Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Qatar Petroleum is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. As a Client Support Representative, you will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving client issues and escalating them to the appropriate department if necessary - Providing product information and assistance to clients - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve customer service processes - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or client support - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Critical thinking and analysis soft skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
