Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Qatar Petroleum is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Doha. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person - Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and respectful manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client requests - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with the team - Provide support to the sales team by assisting with client onboarding and account management - Stay up to date on product and service offerings to effectively educate clients


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Resourceful and reliable with the ability to problem solve and think creatively - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Demonstrated innovation and cooperation in previous roles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
