Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis, supporting our clients with their needs and inquiries.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions. 3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when documenting client interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 6. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and issues resolved. 7. Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 6. Driven and hardworking attitude towards client satisfaction. 7. Comfortable working remotely and using various communication tools. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
