Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Remote Client Support Representative to join our team at Katara Hospitality. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist clients with booking reservations, making changes to existing reservations, and providing general information about our properties - Resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction - Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of all client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients - Meet and exceed performance goals set by management
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Highly driven and hardworking individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
