Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

RasGas Company Limited is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Support Representative to work from home in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but one year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat to provide support and assistance. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage client accounts and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate responses to client inquiries. 5. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 6. Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals set by the company. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs. 6. Leadership skills and ability to manage difficult situations with clients. 7. Must be motivated, resilient, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
