Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Representative to join our team at Qatar Aeronautical College. This position offers the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis, making it ideal for individuals looking for a work-life balance. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are hardworking, driven, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues when necessary - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Work independently and efficiently to meet performance targets and deadlines - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist clients - Make recommendations for improving client support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent is required, associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
