Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Client Support Representative to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. as a remote part-time associate. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product and service information to customers - Meet or exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction - Utilize time management and analysis skills to prioritize tasks and maximize efficiency

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively - Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate
