Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is currently seeking a dedicated Client Support Representative to work from home in Doha, QA. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are resourceful, reliable, and possess strong strategic planning and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work.
