Client Support Representative - Work from home

We are seeking a motivated and independent Client Support Representative to join our team at Katara Hospitality. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat communication channels. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong teamwork and planning skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software. 7. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home setting is a plus.
