Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolving client issues and ensuring customer satisfaction 3. Providing product information and guiding clients through troubleshooting steps 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution 5. Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records 6. Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve the customer support process

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Confidence in dealing with challenging situations 5. Ability to work independently and remotely 6. Reliable and self-motivated 7. Strong presentation skills 8. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
