Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Vodafone Qatar is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is able to work independently.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. 3. Assist clients with account management and billing inquiries. 4. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills in client support. 8. Act as a brand ambassador for Vodafone Qatar and uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Emotional intelligence to understand and respond effectively to clients' needs. 4. Strategic planning skills to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
