Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


MEEZA is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role is entry-level and requires 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product and service support to clients - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Conduct research to resolve client concerns and provide solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills - Assist with other projects and tasks as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
