Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a confident and resilient individual with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support to clients via email, phone, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with account issues, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and resolutions. 5. Contribute to the development and improvement of client support processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support role. 2. Confident and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
