Client Support Specialist

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies - Conduct training sessions for clients on new products or services - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
