Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 4. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training and support as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for analysis. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster positive relationships with colleagues. 4. Proven experience in customer support or related roles. 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve efficiently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
