Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team at Silatech, a leading organization in youth employment and entrepreneurship in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status and progress - Utilize strategic planning skills to identify potential areas for improvement in client support processes - Foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork within the client support department - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve service delivery - Contribute to the growth and success of the organization by actively participating in team meetings and trainings - Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 4 years of experience in client support or customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools - Strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improvement - A cooperative mindset and willingness to collaborate with others - Ability to work from home and maintain a productive work environment - Knowledge of the youth employment and entrepreneurship sector is a plus
