Contact Center Assistant

Qatar Biobank is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Contact Center Assistant in our Doha office. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Contact Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and emails from participants, providing information about our research projects, scheduling appointments, and updating participant records in our database. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

The successful candidate will be reliable, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. You must be a team player, willing to collaborate with colleagues worldwide and contribute to a culture of innovation.
