Remote Contact Center Assistant

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is resourceful, driven, and possesses strong critical thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and escalations via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, troubleshooting, and resolving customer concerns - Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, response time, and first call resolution rate - Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
