Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Doha. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, the Remote Contact Center Assistant will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other forms of communication with customers in a professional and efficient manner. - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns, while ensuring a positive customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Follow company protocols and guidelines for customer service and communication.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service. - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently in a remote setting. - Possess leadership qualities and demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions with customers and colleagues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in using contact center software and technology.
