Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job description:


Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team and ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Managing customer emails and responding to queries in a timely manner. 3. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team member for resolution. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assisting with data entry and updating customer information in the database. 6. Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management. 7. Collaborating with team members to improve the overall efficiency of the contact center. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Independent and hardworking with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5. Experience with CRM software is a plus. 6. Strong presentation skills. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
