Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a motivated and independent Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities: - Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and updating customer accounts - Documenting all interactions in the company database - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and sales targets

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and goal-oriented mindset - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent time management skills - Basic computer proficiency - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
