Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Associate to join our team at Qatar National Cement Company in Doha, QA. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and efficient manner - Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately - Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company information - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Driven and confident with a positive attitude - Excellent planning and analysis skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
